Cave "Foltin" unveiling of a memorial: clarifications

Dear readers, after several articles by the Italian press, concerning the unveiling of a monument near the area of the cave "Foltin" in Cassino (after the name of Ferdinand Foltin, commander of the II./Fallschirmjäger 3, 1. Fallschirmjäger - Division, ) on next 18th March,  we would like to inform that "Associazione Linea Gustav" and its members are not part of the initiative, moreover they completely dissociate themselves from everything concerning it.

We have received some outraging messages due to some articles which attribute the initiative to our organization, even though we are completely stranger to the event.

Finally, we suppose that the misunderstanding is probably caused by the name of one of the organizations which are promoting the event since the name of one of them is similar to ours.
